Kim Victoria Cattrall born 21 August 1956 is a British Canadian actress. Best known for the part of Samantha Jones in the HBO Sex and the City series for which she received nominations for five Emmy Awards as well as four Golden Globe Award, winning the Golden Globe 2002 for the most outstanding supporting actress. The role was reprised in the film Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). Also, she is known for her roles as a leading actress in the films of the 1980s Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin and Porky's.
